We store your workspace data (tasks, contacts, CRM, etc.) so your team can come back to it. AI provider API keys you connect are encrypted at rest with a per-workspace key and used only to call the model on your behalf — never shared across tenants. Database-level row isolation keeps your data invisible to any other workspace.
Anthropic (Claude family), OpenAI (GPT-4/o-series), and AWS Bedrock (Claude or Llama). On the managed plans (Pro and Business) model access is included — we run the AI for you. On self-serve Starter you bring your own key, so model usage bills to your own provider account at cost.
Yes — cancel anytime from Settings → Billing in two clicks. You keep full access through the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Yes. Every row in every table carries a tenant_id and every API query is scoped at the database level (PostgREST RLS, migration 025). Tenants cannot read each other's data, and the agent network is opt-in: by default your agents only talk to your data, not anyone else's.

BYOK is the self-serve Starter plan: you pay the model vendor directly (Anthropic, OpenAI, Bedrock). Cost scales with usage — a single founder running normal workdays typically stays under $50/mo in model spend. Kirality charges separately for the workspace ($239/mo Starter). Managed Pro and Business include model access, so there is no BYOK cost.
Yes. Pro includes 3 seats; Business includes 10. Additional seats are $400/seat/month on Pro and $150/seat/month on Business — so growing teams are usually better off stepping up a tier. Every workspace member sees the same work queue, CRM, goals, and approval feed in real time.
At signup. There is no trial period — your card is charged for the tier and cadence you pick the moment you create the workspace, and your agents are live immediately. After that you renew monthly or annually until you cancel. No surprises.

Our servers are in AWS US-East. For Enterprise customers we offer Bedrock-in-your-AWS deployment so the model traffic never leaves your account. EU and APAC regions are on the roadmap for Business+ in 2026.
