Two ways to run on Kirality.

Two ways to run it. Self-serve (Starter): you bring your own AI keys, sign up instantly, and run it yourself — compute bills to your provider account, so it's the cheapest way in. Done-for-you (Pro/Business): we run the AI on our infrastructure, tune it, and keep it healthy — and on Business a dedicated team oversees it with a Kirality account manager as your point of contact. You approve every action either way and budget caps keep spend predictable.

On the done-for-you plans, no — the subscription is the only line item; we run the models for you under budget caps we set together. On self-serve (Starter) you bring your own provider keys, so model usage bills to your own account at cost — again under caps, so an agent can't quietly burn through your budget.

Each tier is priced for the team it's built for. Pro starts at $499/mo for a single seat and $999/mo at 3 seats — it's sized for solo founders and tight teams, and extra seats are a flat add, so by ~10 people Business is the better deal. Business anchors at $3,999/mo for up to 10 seats; that price buys the feature tier, and seats beyond 10 add only a gentle amount, so your average cost per seat keeps falling as you scale. At signup — there's no trial period. Your card is charged for the tier and cadence you pick the moment you create the workspace, and your agents go live immediately. You then renew monthly or annually until you cancel; cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and you keep access through the period you already paid for.

Yes — you can switch from Business to Pro (or change cadence) any time from Settings → Billing. Stripe prorates the difference and credits you on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect immediately; you don't lose access to features mid-billing-period.
