No. Subscription is the only Kirality line item. AI usage is BYOK — you bring your own Anthropic, OpenAI, or AWS Bedrock key and pay those providers directly. You set daily and monthly budget caps in Settings so an out-of-control agent can't quietly burn $5k.
Each tier includes a fixed seat count — 3 for Pro, 10 for Business. Add more team members and the next invoice picks up the overage automatically. Pro is +$200/seat/mo above 3 (or +$2,000/seat/yr); Business is +$350/seat/mo above 10 (or +$3,500/seat/yr). The math is handled by Stripe's tiered pricing — you see the exact line items on every invoice.
At signup — there's no trial period. Your card is charged for the tier and cadence you pick the moment you create the workspace, and your agents go live immediately. You then renew monthly or annually until you cancel; cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and you keep access through the period you already paid for.
Yes — you can switch from Business to Pro (or change cadence) any time from Settings → Billing. Stripe prorates the difference and credits you on your next invoice. Downgrades take effect immediately; you don't lose access to features mid-billing-period.
